Role Overview

We are actively searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across product and engineering teams. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an individual early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to real product development within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring that projects are meticulously scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered punctually.

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager Role

• Support comprehensive project planning and execution across diverse product and engineering teams.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks, meticulously maintaining sprint boards and backlogs.
• Proactively track deadlines and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Document all critical project decisions, updates, and action items with precision.
• Identify potential blockers early in the process and escalate them appropriately to relevant teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate key meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain and update project dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide clear visibility for leadership.
• Help ensure seamless alignment and communication between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable and adaptable when operating within fast-moving, agile environments.
• Possesses a proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with established Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Prior experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience gained within a startup, product-focused, or engineering environment.
• A basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Genuine interest in AI, SaaS products, or general technology solutions.
