Role Overview
Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced Program Management Specialists to support a leading AI research lab advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This remote engagement focuses on applying project management expertise to analyze, structure, and solve real-world challenges that inform AI research and operational workflows. The Program Manager role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common project management scenarios.
- Analyze project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination challenges.
- Review and refine AI-generated project management content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
- Provide domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, coordination, and delivery practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Engagement Details
- Fully remote, independent contractor role.
- Expected workload: approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours.
- Project start: immediate.
- Initial project duration: approximately 3–4 weeks, with potential extension based on project needs and performance.
Compensation & Contract Terms
- Hourly compensation is market-indexed and aligned with role scope, experience, and applicable local labor standards.
- Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Engagement is on an independent contractor basis, subject to applicable local laws and regulations.
Eligibility
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia.
