Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive academic materials, including syllabi, assignments, lectures, and instructional resources specifically for AI training applications.
  • Conduct and integrate scholarly research to ensure AI training datasets accurately reflect current academic standards and advancements.
  • Design, administer, and evaluate assessments that support accurate and high-quality AI model outputs.
  • Review and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated educational content, ensuring clarity, rigor, and academic integrity.
  • Mentor and supervise simulated academic scenarios (e.g., research projects, internships, or fieldwork contexts) to inform realistic AI training data.
  • Communicate complex academic concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to align educational content with AI training objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, organization, and data accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Education or a related academic discipline.
  • Demonstrated postsecondary teaching experience.
  • Proven expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategy, and assessment development.
  • Strong academic research skills with the ability to apply findings in practical educational contexts.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple remote projects effectively.
  • Proficiency with digital learning platforms and collaboration tools.
