About the Role: Product Validation Expert
Keystone Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Product Validation Expert to assist in the thorough evaluation of a widely utilized AI-powered consumer product. In this vital contract role, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing that the product consistently delivers secure, accurate, and beneficial experiences for its end users.
Your responsibilities will include designing robust evaluation frameworks, meticulously assessing AI-generated outputs from a user experience (UX) standpoint, and translating these assessments into actionable insights to elevate product quality and safety standards. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity offering the benefit of a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop structured rubrics for evaluating AI model outputs with a focus on UX and safety.
- Review and meticulously analyze AI-generated responses to pinpoint potential usability risks or quality concerns.
- Execute evaluation tasks with exceptional attention to detail and unwavering consistency.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to refine validation criteria and uphold product safety standards.
- Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product and model enhancements.
- Document all findings in a structured, comprehensive, and stakeholder-friendly format.
- Proactively monitor evolving AI product usage patterns to identify and address emerging user experience risks.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, characterized by strong clarity and precision.
- Demonstrated experience in designing or applying evaluative frameworks that thoughtfully balance UX, safety, and product performance.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to objectively assess potential user risks and usability challenges.
- Comfortable and effective in collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Adept at documenting complex findings in a structured and actionable manner.
- Commitment to working at least 15 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with widely used AI consumer products and understanding of common user journeys.
- Prior experience in product quality, trust & safety, AI evaluation, UX research, or related fields.
