About the Procurement Clerks Remote Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our customer’s team as an AI Trainer. This remote position is a contract engagement where you will execute procurement functions while collaborating with AI developers to train intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, review, and organize procurement data for accurate purchase orders.
• Track requisitions, contracts, and order statuses and update stakeholders.
• Prepare, process, and distribute purchase orders while ensuring compliance.
• Calculate and verify costs, manage invoices, and maintain records.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery schedules to select suppliers.
• Assist in supplier negotiations and document processes for AI training.
• Collaborate with AI teams to structure workflows and scenario examples.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement or related administrative roles, exceptional communication, excellent organizational abilities, proficiency in digital tools and procurement software, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI systems or process automation, familiarity with procurement standards and compliance, and a background in digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
