We are seeking experienced Policy Processing Clerks to support a long-term research initiative for one of our clients, a leading organization in the artificial intelligence sector. This hourly contract role involves applying professional insurance operations expertise to design, review, and refine occupation-specific research questions and analytical materials, operating remotely across various international regions.
Role Overview
The Policy Processing Clerk will contribute to a pivotal research initiative, leveraging their extensive experience in insurance claims processing and policy administration. The ideal candidate will apply professional judgment to enhance research questions and analytical frameworks for an AI sector client.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate research questions related to insurance claims processing and policy administration.
- Apply professional judgment based on prior insurance operations experience.
- Produce accurate, well-documented analytical and written outputs.
- Collaborate remotely and meet agreed delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience as an Insurance Claims or Policy Processing Clerk, or in a closely related insurance operations role.
- Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer compatible with required software (Chromebook operating systems are not supported due to technical limitations).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship.
Contract & Payment Details
- Engagement as an independent contractor.
- Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Project duration may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on business needs and performance.
- Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
