Job Summary
Keystone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Paralegal to contribute subject matter expertise to advanced AI training initiatives in the legal domain. In this remote role, you will leverage your legal research and document preparation skills to help develop, refine, and validate AI-driven legal tools. Your attention to detail and understanding of legal processes will ensure accuracy, contextual integrity, and compliance across AI-supported legal applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and annotate legal documents to support AI model training and validation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research, including case law, statutes, regulations, and public records.
- Draft and analyze affidavits, contracts, pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data specialists, and legal professionals.
- Organize and maintain electronic legal files and structured datasets for model development.
- Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs and provide detailed feedback to improve accuracy and clarity.
- Contribute to the development of structured training materials representing real-world legal workflows.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or related legal support professional.
- Strong legal research capabilities and experience synthesizing complex legal information.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing and reviewing formal legal documents.
- Familiarity with electronic legal filing systems and digital case management tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
