One of our clients, a leading AI research lab, is actively seeking experienced General and Operations Managers to support their cutting-edge advancements in next-generation machine learning systems. This hourly contract engagement offers a unique opportunity to apply your operational and management expertise to diagnose, analyze, and address real-world challenges, directly informing AI research and infrastructure development. This role provides flexibility, independence, and the chance to contribute significantly to pioneering AI initiatives.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor position, with candidates required to be legally authorized to work in their country of residence within the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured tasks and professional deliverables based on common general management and operations scenarios.
• Analyze complex operational challenges and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
• Review and refine AI-generated content pertinent to management, operations, and organizational decision-making.
• Provide domain-specific insights to help identify gaps or limitations in current AI system outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in general management, operations, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated strong written communication skills, with excellent grammar and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly articulate intricate operational concepts, processes, and decision frameworks.
• Comfortable working independently and effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote, independent contractor role.
• Expected workload: approximately 15 hours per week, with potential to scale up to 30+ hours based on project needs.
• Project start: immediate availability.
• Initial project duration: approximately 3–4 weeks, with strong potential for extension based on performance and project requirements.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Hourly compensation is market-indexed, reflecting the role scope, your experience, and applicable local labor standards.
• Payments are issued weekly via Stripe or Wise for services rendered.
• Engagement is strictly on an independent contractor basis, adhering to relevant local laws and regulations.

Eligibility
