Key Responsibilities
- Design, curate, and annotate high-quality music datasets.
- Review AI-generated music outputs and provide actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on model performance.
- Develop guidelines and standards for dataset curation.
- Lead workshops to share music theory and orchestration knowledge.
- Communicate complex musical concepts clearly with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a music director, composer, or arranger across diverse genres. Advanced knowledge of music theory, orchestration, composition, and digital music production (DAWs). Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with remote collaboration tools. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently. A passion for merging music and AI technology.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI, machine learning, or music technology platforms, and a background in teaching or mentoring in music-related fields. Portfolio evidence of original compositions, arrangements, or directorial projects for films, games, or interactive experiences.
