Role Overview: Medical Students/Interns

Keystone Recruitment is seeking clinical fellows, medical students, or interns across any specialty (except radiology) to support a critical project focused on medical reasoning using lab data. You will collaborate closely with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate, refine, and stress-test advanced AI systems. A core responsibility will be creating diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics to ensure accurate AI assessment of lab-based medical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic cases based on lab data for comprehensive AI evaluation.
• Create precise scoring rubrics to assess AI-generated responses for accuracy.
• Review and refine AI outputs, ensuring clinical accuracy and sound medical reasoning.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary research teams in a structured, professional environment.
• Maintain clear documentation of findings and communicate insights and progress effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program.
• Cannot be specializing in Radiology.
• Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO degree.
• Demonstrated strong experience with medical lab panels and the ability to reason clinically based on lab results.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking capabilities.
• Show a keen interest in advancing AI applications within medicine and healthcare.

Role Details

This fully remote role offers a flexible schedule, with an expected commitment of 20–40 hours per week. The project has a minimum duration of three months, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.

4. Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive an offer to join the project.

Contract & Payment Terms

This engagement is structured as an independent contractor role. Project duration may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on evolving needs and individual performance. It is important to note that no access to confidential or proprietary information from any current employer, client, or institution is required for this role.
