One of our clients is seeking clinical fellows across any specialty (except radiology) to support a project focused on medical reasoning using lab data. As a Medical Students/Interns, you will work closely with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate, refine, and stress-test AI systems. Fellows will create diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics to ensure accurate AI assessment of lab-based medical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic cases based on lab data for AI evaluation.
• Create scoring rubrics to assess AI-generated responses.
• Review and refine AI outputs for clinical accuracy and reasoning.
• Collaborate with research teams in a structured, professional environment.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate findings effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program.
• Cannot be specializing in Radiology.
• Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO.
• Strong experience with medical lab panels; ability to reason clinically based on lab results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.

Role Details

Expected commitment: 20–40 hours per week.Project duration: Minimum three months, with potential extension.Fully remote role with flexible schedule.
