Key Responsibilities

• Validate clinical content, scenarios, and annotations crucial for medical AI workflows.
• Review AI model outputs, ensuring they align with established nursing practices and patient care standards.
• Provide expert advice on clinical guidelines, best practices, and identify potential safety concerns in AI applications.
• Develop realistic clinical use cases and comprehensive medical question datasets for AI training and evaluation.

Essential Qualifications

• Possess a Nursing license, MD, PhD, or equivalent higher medical education.
• Demonstrate 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience within patient care settings.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.
• Have experience with clinical documentation processes or comprehensive case reviews.
• Command excellent communication skills to effectively bridge technical and non-clinical audiences.
