As a Medical Specialist, you will be an experienced healthcare professional providing critical clinical validation and domain expertise for advanced AI healthcare applications. This fully remote, flexible contract role allows you to leverage your 3+ years of nursing-level or higher clinical experience to ensure medical accuracy, patient safety, and relevance in the outputs of cutting-edge AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate clinical content, scenarios, and annotations crucial for medical AI workflows.
• Review AI model outputs specifically related to nursing practices and established patient care standards.
• Advise on clinical guidelines, best practices, and identify potential safety concerns within AI applications.
• Develop realistic clinical use cases and comprehensive medical question datasets to train and evaluate AI.

Essential Qualifications

• Possess a Nursing license, MD, PhD, or an equivalent higher medical education.
• Demonstrate 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience within patient care settings.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.
• Have experience with clinical documentation or case review processes.
• Show excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex information to both technical and non-clinical audiences.
