Key Responsibilities

• Validate clinical content, scenarios, and annotations for medical AI workflows.
• Review AI model outputs related to nursing practices and patient care standards.
• Advise on clinical guidelines, best practices, and potential safety concerns.
• Develop realistic clinical use cases and medical question datasets.

Essential Qualifications

• Nursing license, MD, PhD, or equivalent higher medical education.
• 3+ years clinical experience in patient care settings.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.
• Experience with clinical documentation or case review processes.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-clinical audiences.
