Role Overview
Keystone Recruitment's client is seeking Medical Fellows across any specialty (except radiology) to support a project focused on medical reasoning using lab data. You will work closely with research teams at a leading AI lab to evaluate, refine, and stress-test AI systems. Medical Fellows will create diagnostic cases and corresponding scoring rubrics to ensure accurate AI assessment of lab-based medical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop diagnostic cases based on lab data for AI evaluation.
- Create scoring rubrics to assess AI-generated responses.
- Review and refine AI outputs for clinical accuracy and reasoning.
- Collaborate with research teams in a structured, professional environment.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate findings effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based Fellowship program.
- Cannot be specializing in Radiology.
- Hold a U.S.-based MD or DO.
- Strong experience with medical lab panels; ability to reason clinically based on lab results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.
Role Details
Expected commitment: 20–40 hours per week.
Project duration: Minimum three months, with potential extension.
Fully remote role with flexible schedule.

Contract & Payment Terms
