Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical and Mechatronic Technologist and Technician to contribute technical expertise to advanced AI training initiatives. In this remote role, you will apply hands-on knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, robotics, and mechatronics to help train, evaluate, and improve intelligent systems. This position blends applied engineering experience with emerging AI technologies, offering a unique opportunity to shape how AI understands and interprets complex mechanical and electromechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and troubleshoot electro-mechanical and mechatronic components, providing structured technical feedback for AI training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI modeling, simulation, and data annotation efforts.
- Analyze system performance data and document findings with clarity and precision.
- Interpret schematics, technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system specifications to inform AI training datasets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, automation equipment, or mechatronic platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system integration capabilities.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, technology-driven environment.
