Key Responsibilities

• Break down intricate end-to-end consulting workflows (from problem structuring to analysis and synthesis) into clear task specifications and precise evaluation rubrics.
• Review, meticulously edit, and rigorously benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries.
• Create exceptionally high-quality reference examples, such as detailed issue trees, sophisticated analytical models, and compelling slide outlines, all reflecting professional consulting standards.
• Identify logical gaps, pinpoint unsupported assumptions, and detect weak reasoning in AI outputs; thoroughly document identified failure patterns and provide actionable improvement guidance.
• Collaborate effectively and asynchronously with researchers and fellow contributors, utilizing structured documentation and clear written feedback.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience gained at a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• A strong, demonstrated understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and executive-level synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven experience with market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and comprehensive qualitative research.
• Excellent written communication and superior structured thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
