Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex end-to-end consulting workflows (problem structuring, analysis, synthesis) into clear task specifications and precise evaluation rubrics.
• Review, meticulously edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries.
• Create high-quality reference examples such as issue trees, analytical models, and slide outlines that adhere to professional consulting standards.
• Identify logical gaps, unsupported assumptions, and weak reasoning within AI outputs, thoroughly documenting failure patterns and providing improvement guidance.
• Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and fellow contributors using structured documentation and clear written feedback.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience gained at a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• A strong understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and executive-level synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven experience with market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and qualitative research.
• Excellent written communication and structured thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
