Role: Management Consulting AI Specialist

Experienced management consultants are invited to translate real-world consulting workflows into structured tasks and evaluation criteria for enhancing AI reasoning capabilities. This flexible, 100% remote role at Keystone Recruitment leverages your 2+ years of top-tier consulting expertise through asynchronous collaboration on high-impact AI research projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Break down complex consulting workflows (problem structuring, analysis, synthesis) into precise task specifications and detailed rubrics.
  • Review and rigorously benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic decks, and recommendations.
  • Create high-quality reference examples (e.g., issue trees, analytical frameworks, presentation slides) that meet professional consulting standards.
  • Identify critical gaps, weak assumptions, and failure modes in AI outputs, providing structured guidance for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience at top-tier or boutique management consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hypothesis-driven analysis, market sizing, financial modeling, and executive synthesis.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and structured qualitative research methodologies.
  • Exceptional written communication and proven asynchronous collaboration skills.

Project Details

  • Commitment: Minimum 10 hours per week (flexible, deliverables-driven schedule).
  • Format: Fully remote platform utilizing shared documents and clearly defined success criteria.
  • Support: Access to dedicated team assistance for guidelines and best practices.
  • Duration: Project-based engagement with potential for extension based on performance.

Contractor Terms
