Role: Management Consulting AI Specialist
As a Management Consulting AI Specialist at Keystone Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in refining AI reasoning by translating real-world consulting workflows into structured tasks and evaluation criteria. This 100% remote, flexible contract position offers the opportunity to leverage 2+ years of top-tier consulting expertise through asynchronous collaboration on high-impact AI research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down complex consulting workflows, including problem structuring, analysis, and synthesis, into precise task specifications and actionable rubrics.
- Review and benchmark AI-generated outputs such as market analyses, strategic decks, and recommendations against professional standards.
- Develop exemplary reference materials, including issue trees, detailed analyses, and presentation slides, that meet established consulting benchmarks.
- Identify critical gaps, weak assumptions, and potential failure modes in AI outputs, providing structured guidance for continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Possess 2+ years of experience at top-tier or specialized boutique management consulting firms.
- Demonstrated expertise in hypothesis-driven analysis, market sizing techniques, financial modeling, and executive-level synthesis.
- Advanced proficiency with key professional tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and structured qualitative research methodologies.
- Exhibit excellent written communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively in an asynchronous remote environment.
Project Details
- Commitment: A minimum of 10 hours per week, with deliverables-driven flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
- Format: Work through a remote platform utilizing shared documents and clearly defined success criteria.
- Support: Benefit from dedicated team assistance, comprehensive guidelines, and established best practices.
- Duration: Engagements are project-based, with strong potential for extension based on sustained performance.
Contractor Terms
This is an independent contractor engagement, allowing for self-managed scheduling. Payments are processed weekly based on verified deliverables.
