Keystone Recruitment is seeking an experienced Management Consulting AI Specialist for a 100% remote (Global) role. This position involves translating real-world consulting workflows into structured tasks and evaluation criteria to improve AI reasoning capabilities. Leveraging 2+ years of top-tier consulting expertise, you will contribute to high-impact AI research projects through asynchronous collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex consulting workflows, including problem structuring, analysis, and synthesis, into precise task specifications and rubrics.
• Review and benchmark AI-generated outputs, such as market analyses, strategy decks, and recommendations, ensuring they meet professional standards.
• Create high-quality reference examples like issue trees, detailed analyses, and presentation slides.
• Identify gaps, weak assumptions, and potential failure modes in AI outputs, providing structured guidance for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience gained at a top-tier or specialized boutique management consulting firm.
• Proven expertise in hypothesis-driven analysis, market sizing methodologies, financial modeling, and executive synthesis.
• Advanced proficiency in core business tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, alongside structured qualitative research techniques.
• Excellent written communication skills are essential for documenting insights and providing clear feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in asynchronous collaboration environments.

Project Details

This role offers a flexible commitment, requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week, driven by deliverables. Work is conducted on a remote platform utilizing shared documents and clearly defined success criteria. Dedicated team support is provided to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices. Projects are contract-based with potential for extension based on performance and ongoing needs.

Contractor Terms

This is an independent contractor engagement, allowing for self-managed scheduling. Payments are processed weekly based on verified deliverables.
