Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex, end-to-end consulting workflows, spanning problem structuring, analysis, and synthesis, into precise task specifications and clear evaluation rubrics.
• Rigorously review, meticulously edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, which include detailed market analyses, strategic recommendations, operational models, and executive summaries.
• Develop and create high-quality reference examples, such as intricate issue trees, analytical models, and precise slide outlines, all reflecting professional consulting standards.
• Diligently identify logical inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and areas of weak reasoning within AI outputs; document recurring failure patterns and provide actionable guidance for improvement.
• Foster effective asynchronous collaboration with researchers and fellow contributors through structured documentation and comprehensive written feedback.

Ideal Qualifications

• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience acquired at a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• A profound understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and the ability to perform executive-level synthesis.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in critical tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Practical experience encompassing market sizing, in-depth financial and operating analysis, and robust qualitative research methodologies.
• Exceptional written communication skills coupled with highly structured thinking abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fully remote work setting.
