Key Responsibilities

• Break down complex, end-to-end consulting workflows (from problem structuring to analysis and synthesis) into clear task specifications and robust evaluation rubrics.
• Rigorously review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated outputs, including market analyses, strategic recommendations, operating models, and executive summaries.
• Develop high-quality reference examples, such as issue trees, analytical models, and slide outlines, ensuring they align with professional consulting standards.
• Systematically identify logical gaps, unsupported assumptions, and weak reasoning within AI outputs; document recurring failure patterns and provide actionable improvement guidance.
• Engage in asynchronous collaboration with researchers and fellow contributors, utilizing structured documentation and precise written feedback to drive project success.

Ideal Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience gained at a top-tier management consulting firm or a reputable boutique consultancy.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and the ability to perform executive-level synthesis effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in critical business tools, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven experience with market sizing, financial and operating analysis, and qualitative research methodologies.
• Exceptional written communication and structured thinking skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to manage time autonomously and consistently meet deadlines in a fully remote work setting.
