About the Management Consultant Role
Keystone Recruitment is partnering with a leading AI research lab to engage experienced management consulting professionals on a project basis. In this role, you will translate real-world consulting workflows into structured tasks, datasets, and evaluation criteria to enhance AI systems' reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down consulting workflows into clear task specifications and evaluation rubrics.
- Review, edit, and benchmark AI-generated market analyses and strategic recommendations.
- Create high-quality reference examples that reflect professional consulting standards.
- Identify logical gaps and document failure patterns in AI outputs.
- Collaborate asynchronously using structured documentation and written feedback.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm or boutique consultancy.
- Strong understanding of hypothesis-driven problem solving and executive-level synthesis.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with market sizing, financial/operating analysis, and qualitative research.
- Excellent written communication and structured thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Role Details
Expected commitment: 10+ hours per week. This is a deliverables-driven role with defined quality standards, fully remote with flexible scheduling, and ongoing support available.
