In this role, you will leverage your expertise in cargo operations, freight documentation, and logistics coordination to help train AI systems that reflect real-world shipping workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite and route cargo movement via multiple transport modes.
• Process customer orders, arrange pickups, and coordinate deliveries.
• Review and validate shipping documents such as bills of lading and invoices.
• Negotiate transportation terms to optimize costs and service quality.
• Track shipments and update clients and AI teams with progress.
• Advise clients on shipping methods and regulatory compliance.
• Record operational metrics for AI dataset enrichment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience as a Cargo/Freight Agent, Freight Forwarder, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with keen attention to detail.
• Expertise in shipping documentation including invoices and tariffs.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with transportation providers.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and terminal operations.
• Comfort with technology and interest in AI training datasets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in AI training, machine learning, or digital logistics platforms.
• Knowledge of international freight regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience optimizing logistics processes in complex shipping environments.
