Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cargo and Freight Agent to join Keystone Recruitment's customer’s team as an AI Trainer. In this remote Logistics Coordinator role, you will leverage your expertise in cargo operations, freight documentation, and logistics coordination to help train AI systems that accurately reflect real-world shipping workflows. Your contributions will directly enhance AI-driven logistics solutions, optimizing efficiency, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo across airline, trucking, train, and shipping terminals.
• Process customer orders, arrange pickups, and coordinate deliveries to loading platforms.
• Prepare, review, and validate bills of lading, invoices, tariffs, and other shipping documentation.
• Negotiate transportation terms with freight companies to optimize costs, timelines, and service quality.
• Track shipment progress and provide updates to clients and AI teams for accurate data training.
• Advise clients on shipping methods, payment options, and regulatory compliance.
• Record shipment weights, costs, and operational metrics for AI dataset enrichment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cargo/Freight Agent, Freight Forwarder, Load Planner, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and client service.
• Deep understanding of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and tariffs.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with transportation providers and clients.
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and cargo terminal operations.
• Comfort with technology and interest in contributing to AI training datasets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in AI training, machine learning, or digital logistics platforms.
• Knowledge of international freight regulations, customs procedures, and multi-modal shipping.
• Experience optimizing logistics processes in complex, real-world shipping environments.
