Project Overview

Partner with premier AI labs on supervised fine-tuning (SFT) projects. Your contributions will directly improve how advanced AI models interpret complex legal texts, track references across various documents, and apply compliance logic accurately.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Document Analysis: Review various legal documents including contracts, statutes, regulations, case law, and white papers.
• Clause Interpretation: Identify key provisions, exceptions, definitions, and cross-references within legal texts.
• Response Authoring: Create gold-standard answers that showcase precise legal reasoning and analysis.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop clear, instructional prompts designed to elicit specific target legal analysis from AI models.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all generated content maintains exceptional clarity, accuracy, and instructional value.

Required Expertise

• Demonstrated experience in legal analysis, drafting, or regulatory compliance.
• Advanced reading comprehension skills for dense and complex legal materials.
• Strong legal writing ability, consistently demonstrating logical and precise reasoning.
• Familiarity with various contract structures, common clauses, and typical exceptions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially for tracking references across multiple documents.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency with digital document review tools.
• Comfortable with structured data entry and utilizing templates efficiently.
• Possession of reliable internet connectivity and standard office software (e.g., Word, PDF tools).

Success Profile

• Achieve a 95%+ first-pass quality acceptance rate for your work.
• Consistently complete 8-12 high-complexity tasks per week.

Project Timeline & Structure
