Overview
The Junior Project Manager at Keystone Recruitment supports planning, coordination, and execution across product and engineering teams in a 100% remote, global setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution across teams.
- Break down requirements into actionable tasks.
- Maintain sprint boards, backlogs, and dashboards.
- Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or operations, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent written and verbal English communication. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack is essential. Experience in a startup or product/engineering environment, and an interest in AI, SaaS, or technology products, is preferred.
