Job Title: JavaScript Developer
Keystone Recruitment is seeking a talented JavaScript Developer to join one of our clients for a fully remote, project-based engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting AI development initiatives by meticulously reviewing, evaluating, and enhancing AI-generated software code. This flexible opportunity is ideal for software engineers looking for asynchronous work with a focus on code quality and AI improvement.
Role Overview
As a JavaScript Developer, you will analyze AI-generated code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and reliability. Your primary contribution will involve providing structured, actionable feedback to significantly improve AI system performance. This position offers a unique chance to work remotely and asynchronously, accommodating schedules between 5–40 hours per week based on project availability, perfect for independent contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train advanced AI models.
- Review, analyze, and thoroughly evaluate AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Deliver clear, constructive, and well-structured feedback to optimize AI responses and learning.
- Explain complex technical and programming concepts lucidly in both Spanish and English, as required by project needs.
- Actively contribute to multiple projects, leveraging diverse skills, experience, and availability.
- Strictly adhere to all project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related technical field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more core programming languages, specifically Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
- Mandatory Spanish proficiency for all job-related communications and tasks; English proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, robust analytical thinking, and proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong ability to articulate intricate technical concepts effectively in written form.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in one of the following locations:
- Puerto Rico, Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Dominica, Brazil, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Trinidad and Tobago, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Venezuela, Uruguay, Honduras, Guatemala.
Compensation
- Hourly compensation ranges from USD $15–$32, varying based on experience and the complexity of assigned tasks.
- Payments are conveniently issued weekly through supported payout platforms such as PayPal or AirTM.
- Contractors are fully responsible for managing and paying all applicable taxes.
- Comprehensive compensation details will be provided before the acceptance of any task.
Work Arrangement
- This is a fully remote and asynchronous role, offering unparalleled flexibility.
