Key Responsibilities

• Develop, annotate, and curate high-quality graphic design datasets to train AI models.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams to provide expert feedback on AI-generated visuals.
• Document design processes, style guides, and best practices for AI training purposes.
• Translate complex design concepts into actionable training materials for machine learning applications.
• Evaluate and test AI outputs, offering insights for continual refinement and improvement.
• Stay current with graphic design industry trends and integrate emerging practices into AI workflows.
• Communicate detailed feedback effectively to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in digital design across multiple platforms and formats. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Ability to work remotely and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience collaborating with AI or machine learning teams, background in data annotation, content moderation or training AI-based products, and familiarity with version control systems and agile project management workflows.
