Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows utilizing industry-standard tools, from initial sketches and ideation to final asset delivery and meticulous organization.
• Process Documentation: Clearly articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through well-structured written explanations.
• Asset Management: Efficiently organize, label, and prepare design files for seamless team handoff, including proper layer management and composition refinement.
• Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, optimize visual composition, and refine assets to achieve professional-grade results consistently.

Team Collaboration

Provide constructive feedback to peers and actively contribute to design knowledge sharing initiatives across diverse remote teams, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required Skills

• Proven professional experience in graphic design and illustration.
