In this role, you will be responsible for creating professional design assets and meticulously documenting creative workflows for diverse digital projects. We are looking for an individual who can showcase their entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery, with precision and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows using industry-standard tools, from initial sketches and ideation through final asset delivery and organized storage.
• Process Documentation: Clearly articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through comprehensive written explanations.
• Asset Management: Organize, label, and prepare design files for seamless team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and refinement of composition.
• Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, visual composition principles, and asset optimization techniques to achieve professional-grade results ready for production.

Team Collaboration

You will actively contribute to a collaborative remote environment by providing constructive feedback to peers and participating in design knowledge sharing initiatives across our distributed teams.

Required Skills

• Professional experience in graphic design and illustration.
• Proficiency with digital design software, including both raster and vector tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complete project workflows from concept to completion.
• Excellent written communication skills for explaining complex design processes clearly.
• Expertise in asset organization and efficient file management.
• Strong understanding and application of color theory, composition, and visual refinement.

Technical Tools Used

• Industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe suite, Krita, Affinity Designer).
• Pixel art and animation tools (e.g., Libresprite, Aseprite, or similar applications).
• Cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., Figma, Google Drive, Miro).
• Documentation tools (e.g., Notion, Google Docs, Confluence).

Weekly Workflow Example (15 hours)

• Monday (2h): Project kickoff and initial sketching phase.
• Tuesday (3h): Core design work and meticulous layer organization.
• Wednesday (2h): Comprehensive process documentation and first draft review.
• Thursday (3h): Detailed color correction and asset refinement.
