Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows using industry-standard tools, from initial sketches and ideation through final asset delivery and organized storage.
- Process Documentation: Clearly articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through comprehensive written explanations.
- Asset Management: Organize, label, and prepare design files for seamless team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and refinement of composition.
- Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, visual composition principles, and asset optimization techniques to achieve professional-grade results ready for production.
Team Collaboration
You will actively contribute to a collaborative remote environment by providing constructive feedback to peers and participating in design knowledge sharing initiatives across our distributed teams.
Required Skills
