Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows using industry-standard tools, from initial sketches through final asset delivery and organization.
- Process Documentation: Clearly articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through comprehensive written explanations.
- Asset Management: Efficiently organize, label, and prepare design files for seamless team handoff, with proper layer management and composition refinement.
- Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, visual composition principles, and asset optimization techniques to achieve professional-grade results.
Team Collaboration
Provide constructive feedback to peers and actively contribute to design knowledge sharing within our remote teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
