Key Responsibilities for the Graphic Design Specialist
- Full-Cycle Design Projects: Lead complete design workflows, utilizing industry-standard tools from initial sketches through to final asset delivery and organized project completion.
- Process Documentation: Clearly articulate creative decision-making, workflow choices, and problem-solving techniques through comprehensive written explanations.
- Asset Management: Efficiently organize, label, and prepare design files for seamless team handoff, ensuring proper layer management and composition refinement.
- Quality Refinement: Apply expert color correction, refine visual composition, and optimize assets to achieve professional-grade results suitable for production.
Team Collaboration
Provide constructive feedback to peers and actively contribute to design knowledge sharing within remote teams.
