FrontEnd Software Engineer
Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced Software Engineers to join one of their clients in high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building high-quality training datasets that significantly improve AI model performance on real-world client-side web development tasks.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your front-end engineering expertise to directly shape the next generation of intelligent systems.
About the Project
You will be instrumental in creating high-quality “vibe coding” datasets, specifically designed to train AI models on essential client-side web development skills. This includes critical areas such as state management, interactive elements, UI correctness, and overall robustness.
Projects you may work on include:
- Interactive web applications
- Browser-based games
- Visualizations and simulations
- Front-end tools and utilities
Key Responsibilities
- Write realistic, self-contained prompts tailored for client-side web applications, games, and simulations.
- Develop precise, binary rubrics, clearly tagged by verification type.
- Ensure all rubric criteria are strictly pass/fail and verifiable through both screenshot analysis and code inspection.
- Design tasks that comprehensively test UI behavior, logic correctness, and edge-case handling.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack development, or equivalent experience in technical content creation focused on web development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (an advanced degree is preferred).
- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise technical specifications and structured evaluation criteria.
- A highly detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on verifiability and precision in all work.
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week)
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote and asynchronous

Compensation & Contract Terms
- Compensation: $70–$80 per hour, commensurate with experience.

- Confidentiality: No access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution is required.
