One of our clients is actively seeking experienced FrontEnd Software Engineers to contribute to high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in building high-quality training datasets that significantly enhance AI model performance on real-world client-side web development tasks.

About the Project

You will be responsible for creating high-quality “vibe coding” datasets. These datasets are specifically designed to train AI models on essential client-side web development skills, encompassing state management, interactivity, UI correctness, and overall robustness.

Projects you may be involved with include:

• Interactive web applications
• Browser-based games
• Visualizations and simulations
• Front-end tools and utilities

Key Responsibilities

• Write realistic, self-contained prompts for various client-side web applications, games, and simulations.
• Develop precise, binary rubrics, carefully tagged by verification type.
• Ensure all rubric criteria are strictly pass/fail and fully verifiable through screenshots and code inspection.
• Design tasks that comprehensively test UI behavior, logic correctness, and edge-case handling.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack development, or equivalent technical content creation in web development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or solid vanilla JavaScript skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear and concise technical specifications and structured evaluation criteria.
• A detail-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on verifiability and precision in all tasks.

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1–2 months, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
• Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours/week), with flexibility to work up to 40 hours/week.
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote and asynchronous, offering global flexibility.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Compensation: $70–$80 per hour, commensurate with experience.
