Job Description

FrontEnd Software Engineer

Join our team as a FrontEnd Software Engineer at Keystone Recruitment. This is a 100% remote, part-time role supporting high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. You will create high-quality training datasets to improve AI model performance on client-side web development tasks.

About the Project

You will develop "vibe coding" datasets for client-side web development including state management, interactivity, UI correctness, and robustness. Projects include interactive web applications, browser-based games, visualizations, simulations, and front-end utilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write realistic, self-contained prompts for web apps, games, and simulations.
  • Develop precise rubrics with binary pass/fail criteria.
  • Ensure rubric criteria are verifiable via screenshots and code inspections.
  • Design tasks to test UI behavior, logic correctness, and edge-case handling.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
  • Ability to write clear technical specifications and evaluation criteria.
  • Detail-oriented with focus on verifiability and precision.

Project Details & Application Process

Start Date: Immediate | Duration: 1–2 months | Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours/week, flexibility up to 40 hours/week) | Fully remote and asynchronous.
