Job Description
Role: FrontEnd Software Engineer
One of Keystone Recruitment's clients is seeking experienced FrontEnd Software Engineers to contribute to high-impact research collaborations with leading AI labs. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in building high-quality training datasets that significantly enhance AI model performance on real-world client-side web development tasks.
This presents a unique opportunity to leverage your front-end engineering expertise to directly influence and shape the next generation of intelligent systems.
About the Project
You will be responsible for creating high-quality “vibe coding” datasets. These datasets are specifically designed to train AI models on essential client-side web development skills, including state management, user interactivity, UI correctness, and overall robustness.
Projects you may work on include:
- Interactive web applications
- Browser-based games
- Visualizations and simulations
- Front-end tools and utilities
Key Responsibilities
- Write realistic, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, and simulations.
- Develop precise, binary rubrics, clearly tagged by verification type.
- Ensure all rubric criteria are strictly pass/fail and verifiable through both screenshot analysis and code inspection.
- Design tasks specifically crafted to test UI behavior, logic correctness, and edge-case handling.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, or equivalent technical content creation in web development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
- Proven ability to write clear technical specifications and structured evaluation criteria.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on verifiability and precision.
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Duration: 1–2 months, with potential for extension.
- Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours/week), with flexibility to increase up to 40 hours/week.
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote and asynchronous.

Compensation & Contract Terms
- Hourly Rate: $70–$80 per hour, commensurate with experience.

- Contract Flexibility: Project duration is subject to extension, shortening, or conclusion based on performance and project needs.
- Confidentiality: No access to confidential or proprietary information from any other employer, client, or institution is required.
