Role Overview

One of Keystone Recruitment's clients is actively seeking experienced FrontEnd Software Engineers to contribute to high-impact research collaborations with prominent AI labs. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in building high-quality training datasets, which directly enhance AI model performance across real-world client-side web development challenges. About the Project

You will focus on creating high-quality 'vibe coding' datasets. These datasets are specifically designed to train AI models on essential client-side web development skills, encompassing state management, interactivity, UI correctness, and robustness.

Projects may include:

• Interactive web applications
• Browser-based games
• Visualizations and simulations
• Front-end tools and utilities

Key Responsibilities

• Write realistic, self-contained prompts for client-side web applications, games, and simulations.
• Develop precise, binary rubrics, clearly tagged by verification type.
• Ensure all rubric criteria are strictly pass/fail and fully verifiable through screenshot and code inspection.
• Design tasks that rigorously test UI behavior, logic correctness, and edge-case handling.

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, or technical content creation specifically in web development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field (an advanced degree is preferred).
• Strong proficiency in core web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or vanilla JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear technical specifications and structured evaluation criteria.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on verifiability and precision in all work.

Project Details

• Start Date: Immediate
• Duration: 1–2 months
• Commitment: Part-time (15–25 hours/week), with potential flexibility up to 40 hours/week.
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote and asynchronous.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• Compensation: $70–$80 per hour, commensurate with experience.
