Freelance Writing Specialist
This freelance role is a project-based engagement for strong writers and critical thinkers. Work remotely on flexible hours to support a leading AI research team in a large-scale supervised fine-tuning initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic prompts reflecting natural question phrasing.
- Review and edit AI-generated responses for clarity and accuracy.
- Write high-quality human-authored responses to selected prompts.
- Generate prompt variations to test model behavior nuances.
- Evaluate responses across lengths, tones, and instructions.
- Identify ambiguities and weaknesses in model outputs.
Ideal Qualifications
- Current or recent undergraduate/graduate student.
- Strong written communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to synthesize and compare similar responses.
- Strong attention to detail and independent time management.
- Diverse academic backgrounds encouraged to apply.
Engagement Details
Fully remote and asynchronous work with flexible scheduling. Expected commitment is approximately 10–40 hours per week on an independent contractor basis with potential project extensions.
Compensation & Contract Terms
Compensation is USD 35–45 per hour, based on experience and performance. This is an independent contractor engagement.
