This role is a freelance engagement partnering with a leading AI research team. It involves contributing to a large-scale supervised fine-tuning initiative, aimed at improving advanced language models' responses to real-world questions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts reflecting natural questions.
• Review and edit AI-generated responses for clarity and accuracy.
• Write high-quality human-authored responses to selected prompts.
• Generate prompt variations to test model behavior.
• Evaluate responses based on length, tone, and style.
• Identify ambiguities and weaknesses in model outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

• Current undergraduate, graduate student, or recent graduate.
• Strong written communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to synthesize information accurately.
• High attention to detail and ability to compare similar responses.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Engagement Details

This is a fully remote, asynchronous role where you control your schedule. The expected commitment ranges from approximately 10 to 40 hours per week. Engagement is on a project-based, independent contractor basis with potential extensions based on project needs.

Compensation & Contract Terms

Compensation is between USD 35 to 45 per hour, based on experience and performance.
