This project aims to enhance how advanced language models effectively respond to real-world questions. We are actively seeking highly skilled writers and critical thinkers to join as independent contractors. Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts that accurately reflect natural human questioning across a diverse range of general topics.
• Review and meticulously edit AI-generated responses to ensure optimum clarity, factual accuracy, and overall usefulness.
• Author high-quality, human-crafted responses for designated prompts, setting a benchmark for model output.
• Generate subtle variations of prompts to thoroughly test and analyze nuanced differences in model behavior and understanding.
• Systematically evaluate AI responses, considering varying lengths, desired tones, and adherence to instructional styles.
• Proactively identify and document ambiguities, inherent weaknesses, or potential failure cases within the language model's outputs.

Ideal Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student, or a recent graduate from any academic background.
• Demonstrated strong written communication and advanced critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information clearly and accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort in precisely comparing similar written responses.
• Capable of working autonomously and effectively managing time in a fully remote work environment.

Engagement Details

• Fully remote and asynchronous work, offering complete flexibility to set your own schedule.
• Expected commitment ranges from approximately 10 to 40 hours per week, allowing for adaptable workload management.
• Project-based engagement with a strong potential for extension, contingent on ongoing project requirements and performance.
• Work is performed on an independent contractor basis, providing autonomy and control.

Compensation & Contract Terms

This role offers compensation between $35 and $45 per hour, with the specific rate determined by experience and demonstrated performance. This is an independent contractor classification.
