Are you an experienced Personal Financial Advisor looking to leverage your expertise in a flexible, fully remote setting? Keystone Recruitment is seeking talented Financial Advisors to contribute domain expertise to an innovative AI research initiative focused on improving financial reasoning and decision-making systems. This hourly contract position offers an opportunity to apply your professional expertise in a crucial area of AI development, centering on diagnosing real-world financial scenarios, creating structured tasks, and refining how AI systems understand and respond to common financial advisory requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic tasks and deliverables based on common client-facing financial advisory scenarios.
- Develop structured examples that reflect real-world financial planning challenges.
- Review and refine financial outputs for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
- Provide written explanations and reasoning to support financial recommendations.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Personal Financial Advisor or in a related financial planning role.
- Strong knowledge of personal finance topics such as retirement planning, tax optimization, investment strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a structured and accessible way.
- Experience working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
Engagement Details
This is an hourly contract position with an expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours depending on project needs. The project has an initial duration of around 3–4 weeks, with potential for extension. The start date is immediate, offering a fully remote and flexible schedule for candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction.
