You will play a crucial role in creating high-quality training data by meticulously evaluating, analyzing, and annotating AI-generated outputs, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and applicable to real-world financial scenarios across banking, accounting, and investment sectors.

Project Overview

Partner with leading AI labs to significantly improve conversational AI systems designed to handle diverse financial topics. Your professional insights will be instrumental in ensuring that model outputs demonstrate precise reasoning, effective communication, and practical relevance across various financial contexts, including banking, accounting, and investment management.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Response Evaluation (60%): Rate LLM-generated answers to financial user queries for accuracy and clarity, identifying factual errors, faulty assumptions, and reasoning gaps. Score responses using established financial evaluation rubrics and compare model outputs against trusted public sources and industry standards.
• Prompt Refinement (20%): Author precise prompts designed to elicit target financial reasoning. Test the effectiveness of these prompts across multiple model versions and document optimal prompt structures for various financial contexts.
• Annotation & Feedback (20%): Provide detailed annotations that explain evaluation decisions. Flag subtle conceptual issues and edge cases, and suggest improvements for the tone, completeness, and professional communication of AI responses.

Required Expertise

• Professional finance experience in areas such as banking, accounting, investments, or corporate finance.
• Advanced understanding of financial concepts and strong quantitative reasoning abilities.
• Proven experience in clearly explaining complex financial topics to a wide range of audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical precision.
• Comfortable using digital evaluation platforms and working within structured workflows.

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Proficiency with standard office software, including Excel, Word, and PDF annotation tools.
• Familiarity with online research methodologies and public financial databases.

Success Metrics

• Achieve a 95%+ first-pass quality acceptance rate.
• Complete 12-18 evaluations per week at target complexity.
• Ensure zero critical factual errors in annotations.
• Provide actionable and reproducible feedback for continuous model improvement.

Project Timeline & Compensation

• Onboarding: Involves a resume review and a finance knowledge screening, typically taking 2-3 days.
• Duration: The initial project spans 4-8 weeks, with potential opportunities for extension.
• Schedule: Flexible, self-managed weekly commitment within minimum hour requirements.
• Payment: Compensation is provided weekly via international platforms upon quality approval.
