You will be responsible for creating high-quality training data through detailed response analysis and annotation, ensuring AI systems demonstrate accurate reasoning, clear communication, and real-world applicability across various financial scenarios like banking, accounting, and investments.

Project Overview

Partner with leading AI labs to enhance conversational AI systems that handle financial topics. Your professional insights will be crucial in ensuring model outputs are precise, contextually relevant, and align with industry standards.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Response Evaluation (60%): Rate LLM-generated answers for accuracy and clarity, identifying factual errors, faulty assumptions, and reasoning gaps. Score responses using established financial evaluation rubrics and compare model outputs against trusted public sources and industry standards.
• Prompt Refinement (20%): Author precise prompts to elicit target financial reasoning, test their effectiveness across multiple model versions, and document optimal prompt structures for financial contexts.
• Annotation & Feedback (20%): Provide detailed annotations explaining evaluation decisions, flag subtle conceptual issues and edge cases, and suggest improvements for tone, completeness, and professional communication.

Required Expertise

• Professional finance experience (e.g., banking, accounting, investments, corporate finance).
• Advanced understanding of financial concepts and quantitative reasoning.
• Experience explaining complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical precision.
• Comfortable with digital evaluation platforms and structured workflows.

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet.
• Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, PDF annotation tools).
• Familiarity with online research and public financial databases.

Success Metrics

• Achieve a 95%+ first-pass quality acceptance rate.
• Complete 12-18 evaluations per week at target complexity.
• Maintain zero critical factual errors in annotations.
• Provide actionable, reproducible feedback for model improvement.

Project Timeline & Compensation

Onboarding includes a resume review and finance knowledge screening (2-3 days). The project duration is 4-8 weeks with extension opportunities. The schedule is self-managed within weekly minimum hours, and payment is weekly via international platforms upon quality approval.
