Detailed Responsibilities
As a Finance Research Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Response Evaluation (60%): Rate LLM-generated answers to financial user queries for accuracy and clarity, identifying factual errors, faulty assumptions, and reasoning gaps. Score responses using established financial evaluation rubrics and compare model outputs against trusted public sources and industry standards.
- Prompt Refinement (20%): Author precise prompts to elicit target financial reasoning, test their effectiveness across multiple model versions, and document optimal prompt structures for financial contexts.
- Annotation & Feedback (20%): Provide detailed annotations explaining evaluation decisions, flag subtle conceptual issues and edge cases, and suggest improvements for tone, completeness, and professional communication.
