Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced Personal Financial Advisors to contribute their domain expertise to an innovative AI research initiative. This fully remote, hourly contract role focuses on enhancing financial reasoning and decision-making systems by diagnosing real-world financial scenarios and creating structured tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic tasks and deliverables based on common client-facing financial advisory scenarios.
- Develop structured examples that accurately reflect real-world financial planning challenges.
- Review and refine financial outputs for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
- Provide clear, written explanations and reasoning to support financial recommendations.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Personal Financial Advisor or in a closely related financial planning role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of critical personal finance topics, including retirement planning, tax optimization, investment strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
- Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating strong grammar and clarity in all outputs.
- Proven ability to explain complex financial concepts in a structured, easy-to-understand manner.
- Demonstrated experience working independently and consistently meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.
Engagement Details
- Expected workload: Approximately 15 hours per week, with potential flexibility to increase up to 30+ hours based on project needs.
- Project duration: Initial engagement of 3–4 weeks, with strong potential for extension.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Engagement type: Independent contractor (hourly contract).
- Location: Fully remote, offering a flexible schedule for candidates legally able to work as independent contractors in the specified jurisdictions (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia).
