About the File Clerks Position at Keystone Recruitment

We are recruiting experienced File Clerks to support a research initiative for one of our clients. This project involves leveraging your professional experience as a File Clerk to design occupation-specific questions that accurately reflect real-world filing, documentation, and records management practices. This is an hourly contract (independent contractor) position, fully remote, with flexible scheduling and weekly payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and review role-specific questions based on authentic File Clerk duties.
  • Apply hands-on knowledge of both physical and digital filing systems effectively.
  • Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all submitted content.
  • Meet stringent quality standards and adhere to weekly project deadlines consistently.

Required Qualifications

  • Possess 4+ years of full-time professional experience as a File Clerk.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of records management and document organization principles.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and superior written communication skills.
  • Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
  • Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.

Work Commitment & Duration

  • A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required for this role.
  • The project is anticipated to run through mid-2026, with potential for extensions based on performance and evolving project needs.

Contract & Payment Terms

  • This is an independent contractor role, offering complete remote flexibility.
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling that accommodates your availability.
  • Weekly payments are processed via Stripe or Wise, based on services rendered.
  • Please note that project duration and scope may be adjusted based on performance and client requirements.
