Keystone Recruitment is seeking experienced File Clerks to join a research initiative for one of our clients. This project involves leveraging your professional expertise to develop occupation-specific questions that accurately reflect real-world filing, documentation, and records management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and critically review role-specific questions grounded in practical File Clerk duties.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of both physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all submitted content.
- Adhere to stringent quality standards and meet weekly project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-time professional experience as a File Clerk.
- A strong foundational understanding of records management and document organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior written communication skills.
- Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
- Must be legally based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada to work as an independent contractor.
Work Commitment & Duration
This role requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. The project is anticipated to continue through mid-2026, with potential for extensions contingent upon performance and evolving project requirements.
Contract & Payment Terms
This is an independent contractor role, offering fully remote work with flexible scheduling. Weekly payments are processed via Stripe or Wise, based on services rendered. The project's duration and scope may be adjusted based on performance and needs.
