File Clerk (Remote) at Keystone Recruitment
We are actively recruiting experienced File Clerks to contribute to a critical research initiative for one of our esteemed clients. This project leverages your professional expertise as a File Clerk to develop occupation-specific questions that accurately reflect real-world filing, documentation, and records management practices. This is an hourly contract position with flexible scheduling, offering a competitive rate of USD 60-80 per hour.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their respective jurisdictions. Please note that for the 'Required Qualifications' section, the location is narrowed down to candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and critically review role-specific questions directly informed by practical File Clerk duties.
- Apply in-depth, hands-on knowledge of both physical and digital filing systems.
- Guarantee the accuracy, clarity, and overall consistency of all submitted content.
- Consistently achieve quality benchmarks and adhere to weekly project deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as a File Clerk.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of records management principles and document organization strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior written communication capabilities.
- Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
- Must be legally based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
Work Commitment & Duration
- A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required.
- The project is anticipated to continue through mid-2026, with potential for extensions contingent upon performance and evolving project requirements.
Contract & Payment Terms
- This is an independent contractor role, offering complete remote flexibility and adjustable scheduling.
- Weekly payments are processed via Stripe or Wise, based on the services delivered.
- Project duration and overall scope may be adjusted based on individual performance and project needs.
